Entire West Coast of the United States and Hawaii under Tsunami warnings. If you are in the affected areas please get to high ground immediately. Oil refinery fire in Chiba Prefecture in Japan raging out of control. At least 26 confirmed dead in Japan. Tsunami is reported to be bigger than some low lying Pacific Islands. Airport at Sendai, Japan was completely washed out. People and cars seen washing away in the footage from Japan. Videos of flaming debris can be seen.
